Leshrac Administrator	posted June 28, 2001 07:15 PM MOTL has been having some problems the last couple days with banner ads spawning a massive amount of pop-up ads (ads which open up in a new window). This behavior is not intentional, and our ad serving host is working to get this resolved, and those advertisers removed, as soon as possible. Until then, please accept our apologies for the malicious activities of a few of our advertisers. On a related note, MOTL is now accepting donations via PayPal. So, if you'd like to do something proactive about MOTL's need to run so much advertising, and help out the site, please click on one of the PayPal buttons found around the site. Donations of any amount are greatly appreciated (though please don't bother donating anything less than $1.00, as PayPal takes 2.2% + $0.30 from each transaction). Also, any donations made will serve as credit towards payment for any future "premiere" services that MOTL may offer. Alternatively, you can send a donation via a check or money order to: Magic Online Trading League P.O. Leshrac Administrator	posted June 28, 2001 08:02 PM Signing up for PayPal is really easy (and free), and doesn't even require a credit card anymore. All you need is at least a checking account and you can send money. Plus, you get $5 just for signing up. If you don't already have a PayPal account, I highly recommend getting one.

Leshrac Administrator	posted June 28, 2001 08:25 PM Buying a shirt does help, but actually wearing it at an event or the place you play helps a lot more, as the money received for each sale is very small, but the publicity helps the site grow ever larger, which in turn makes it more attractive to better advertisers. Leshrac Administrator	posted June 28, 2001 08:40 PM Er, if you're going to use anyone as a referral for this, I'd recommend using my e-mail address (leshrac@magictraders.com), as it's essentially the same thing as donating $5. Another thing, all donations go towards paying off MOTL's massive server bills, which I've been partially covering for a while now, unfortunately.
