I'd go for the Stroke end.

I get to die from total cerebral cortex overloading? Five seconds of pure bliss and then death? OH YES!

All right, that's my internal psychologist and Confucius at work, but alas, that's definitely how I'd want to go.

Considering the origin (and original meaning) of the phrase "bite me"... maybe not so much.
