A tricky game. I go Mox, Tomb Maniac go. If he pacts, he loses. And he can't mindbreak trap because I played one too few spells. On his turn he can play his own maniac, but I win on draw step.
On the draw He plays a turn 1 maniac. (ditching Pact). His Mindbreak trap is enough to keep me from playing the gitaxian probe FTW.

3 On the play you win before he can do anything. On the draw if you ever atempt to cast Metamorphose he will Chant you and win. If he ever plays his Chancery you win. So you just stare at one another. (just confirming your question)
