He's an internet tough guy and the same on the phone. In person he's fake, socially awkward, and you can see right through every claim he makes. If you can get in front of him I'm sure you could get your refund.

I have friends that work at eBay in customer service and I think one works in fraud claims. I will try to get ahold of them this weekend and send them this link.
