I apologize as I am certain this has been a thread at some point in the past...

So how do they do this and what is needed to do so?

They claim these are tournament legal, so any judges on here have any input on that?

EDIT: ABUgames sells these now also, so apparently they make them too.

None of them are tournament legal at any real event. They are thicker. You can print onto overhead transparency or window cling and glue/stick it to an acetoned foil. It is noticeable thicker, doesn't look real, etc. I've done this for making foil tokens. The other way thats being done on ebay a ton is some thin foil material is being printed on then glued to the real cards and the test box or what not is cut out. They look horrible in person, they aren't legal, don't touch them w/ a 10ft pole.
