I don't like the idea, personally. I know it's been a long time, but I think we should be patient with nder on it. how many times have any of us been through a divorce/ house sale? He'll get it on track as fast as he can, and then he'll get the ball rolling. I think patience is the key here. Besides, who else would you want to run it? There are likely only a select few people that have the time/ credibility on MOTL to run the stack in Nder's stead. Was it Blastoderm55 that ran the first one?__________________ This post was partially funded by the letter H and the number 8.

I'm the patient one and even if I ask from time to time because there are a few cards (like the signed cards) that I wish to acquire, regardless of cost, I'm in no rush to see this starting. But, if time must be invested in sorting, listing and maybe putting up a sale list, I'm more than willing to help if I can. I have no third party going on right now and my trading is minimum. I should have plenty of time to at least sort and prepare the list. Anyway, LMK if I can do something to help. It's the least I can do for the site that gave me so much in the past few years. __________________ www.mtgquebec.com pour les quebecois acrocs de Magic

Uhm, in light of a suggestion, I thought I should necro this to help get people interested in sending stuff in again or at least make a PayPal payment which there are links up at the top of each page. Why not even buy an MOTL shirt? Summer is coming around ya know. __________________ GøÐÐ맧 MOTL Queen 2006D≡P≡CH≡ MOD≡ 370HSSV-0773H Silver Jewelry

The Stack cards have been safely tucked away where they won't get mixed in with my personal collection until such a time as I can get things going without the risk of getting stuff seriously screwed up because things had to be stashed quickly when someone wanted to see the house, or someone doesn't let us know they're showing the house and stuff is left out in plain sight or who knows what.

I'm not trying to sound mean or anything but, you have been having problems for the past 2 years, unless suddenly your problems are going to be fixed, there is no end in sight. You do not have the time to do this, so wouldn't passing it off on someone who is willing to set up make the most sense?

I've had problems for about 6 months, and they go away as soon as the house sells. __________________ Mort was already aware that love made you feel hot and cold and cruel and weak, but he hadn't realized that it could make you stupid. All your Gruul Nodorogs are belong to me. We appreciate what you're doing nderdog, and my condolensces for what you're going through. However, wouldn't it be a burden lifted off your shoulders if someone else did do this? While your problems may go away as soon as the house sells, there is another member who could deal with this immediately. Selling a house is already stressful enough and you already do plenty. Maybe you can run the next stack if you'd really like?

I concur, nder I understand that it is unfair for us to have you conduct this sale while going through your personal problems, but at the same time it is unfair to those who have donated and those who have been waiting for this to get underway for the past what, two years? I think we are approaching year three that this got started and, correct me if I'm wrong, I am fairly sure that it is hard to put a time table on selling a house. I noticed while reading the thread that there are some people who are willing to take the burden off your hands. You do a lot for the site and I'm humbled by it, but I think it might be time to pass this duty on to someone else. __________________ AIM~ MYim2 Refs

Please PM/email me the address, I'm slimming down my collection in anticipation of moving and it's about time I gave something back. EDIT: That is, if the sale will be happening anytime soon. __________________ Annorax DCI Level 1 Judge, RetiredClick here to get $100 free on PartyPoker

Well, we found a buyer yesterday. Closing is set for June 8th. If this one falls through like the last one, we're taking the house off of the market until our contract with the realtor expires, and I will pass The Stack on to whoever ya'll decide would be best to continue on with it.__________________ Mort was already aware that love made you feel hot and cold and cruel and weak, but he hadn't realized that it could make you stupid. All your Gruul Nodorogs are belong to me. I can donate some stuff. It won't be anything good, cause I'm running out of good stuff, but still. E-mail me the address when you get a chance please. I hope your house selling goes well!

Well, yet again, a house sell falls through, so as I said, ya'll pick someone trustworthy to take over, and I'll ship them everything.__________________ Mort was already aware that love made you feel hot and cold and cruel and weak, but he hadn't realized that it could make you stupid. All your Gruul Nodorogs are belong to me.
