First, though, I am going to express my reservation that the round of interviews will lose steam before it gets to me because less known MoTL'ers tend to get less questions. Not that I am claiming to be well known. With 18 people on the list, the next interviewee to be added will have his interview in August.

I suggest adding an interview forum where several people can go at once for Monday- Friday. I feel this would improve interviews, which I've always liked.

I'm not so sure your interview will be too slow. I find that the more well-known members tend to get the most questions (which seems counter-intuitive if you think about it too hard) and the more questions get answered, the more get asked, so being available and responding quickly is the key to getting a good turnout.

I think that having multiple interviewees at once would result in the less well-known being even more ignored. Each person having a couple days to be in the spotlight all by themselves is the best way I can think of to make sure that these go well.
