I've called the 1-800 number and started the inquiry or whatever they call it. They said they'd call me back with in a day, but I've tried this at least 2 other times and they have yet to return any calls like they say they will. I'll follow up in a couple of days when they don't return the call they are supposed to as they never do.I think we both know that will do exactly nothing except waste my time, it never has. If it hasn't gotten here by now then it's gone. I had a bad feeling from the beginning that I'd get nothing from my SS. Barring the unexpected reemergence of the lost package I guess I was right. Edit: Before someone comes along attempting to make me look like the bad guy let me add that I don't hold the sender responsible since they did their part. It can't be helped that the USPS lost it. I'm just super disappointed that I'm not going to get it since I was really looking forward to receiving it, whether it contained awesome stuff or a stack of crap I didn't even care. For reasons I don't care to explain this was going to be the only present I received this year so it sucks that it's not going to come.

I understand the disappointment, but you really need to be patient and see what happens. One way or another, you'll end up with something, I guarantee. Your Santa has gone out of their way to keep me updated and check on things, so you have no cause for concern at this point. Things happen, and I'll leave it up to the person involved whether they feel the need to explain all of the things that happened, but they already feel bad enough about what's happened and they have every intention of taking care of this issue.

Really glad it showed up. Sorry the first foil angel I got you didn't come through :-/. Your list had a lot of tougher things to find, so it took me awhile to get the second one. At least it didn't get lost in the mail. I was checking on it daily just as you were, I wasn't going to leave you without a present.
