I think we need to find Bernek and bring him back to the league. This controversy just isn't juicy enough for me, and Ray would have made it live as hell right now. Nevermind when the draft should start, lets talk about all the rest of the rules.#bringbackbernek77

We will not look at options for improvement and I will throw a fit and cancel or tell you to get out for not being happy. MOTL problems even fall into the fantasy league ffs. All that said. I signed up, I will have fun, I never voted to cancel the league. Jesus. Come on is right.

Now that that is settled and everyone is still in, is anyone interested in moving up to my next pick (via Hilikus)? Make me an offer if interested.....As far as Bernek, he'd be yelling at Coaster for picking 3 RB's with his first 3 picks. He accused me of "hoarding" RB's a couple years back, wherever he is I'm sure he's complaining about something.

That's exactly what I mean. He stirs the pot for the sake of stirring.

Ha ha, bring it! Not my fault you guys were drafting wide-outs way too early.

You do realize this is a PPR league, right? __________________ 30th in refs on Motl! #1 Ref's for Arizona! I offer 3rd party trading services. Email if interested. Your 2008, 2010 & 2012 Siskel & Ebert award winner! Your Motl runner-up in My Cousin Vinny & Rolling Stone Award!

Doesn't really matter. Once you get out of, say, the top 15 RBs, the drop-off in production is pretty steep, and given that you'll typically be running 3xRB each week, there won't be enough good ones to go around. WRs are quite a bit deeper (no pun intended); there are decent ones to be had up and down the list.

I'd start a WR in the flex all season last year, and was cruising all the way to the final week. If WR is so much deeper than RB, teams are likely to put a WR at the flex because they're more likely to have a more productive player than that of their 3rd RB. As vengie mentioned, we are in PPR, so you essentially get 10 rushing yards every time the WR makes a catch, plus his yards. I traded up for Forte because he had like a million catches to go with his elite rushing yardage. I see the lack of running backs for sure, but by no means should everybody be autopicking RBs for the first 3 rounds because of that scarcity. I personally think nobody should be drafting 1st round Quarterbacks in this format, but other than that I think everything is fair game.

This. Some of these qb's already taken makes me scratch my head. Then again, some of these picks makes me scratch my head wondering... I actually think the RB position is more deeper than is previously has been. That doesn't mean they will pan out. Or become PPR monsters or anything. __________________ 30th in refs on Motl! #1 Ref's for Arizona! I offer 3rd party trading services. Email if interested. Most of the top tier receivers average 5-6 receptions per game, it doesn't really add up to an automatic win.

I traded my pick in round 4 to Scipio. I have his pick now. Was trying to trade up, but I don't think it's going to work now.

i could offer you mine and swap picks or something but I pick right afterwards. So I don't know if that'll help. __________________ 30th in refs on Motl! #1 Ref's for Arizona! Wait so the trade is you move up 3 spaces in the 4th round to move down 3 spaces in the 5th round?Thats kind of a terrible trade. Taken to the the extreme moving down the same number of spaces in a later round only to move up that same amount of spaces in an earlier round is always worse. IE. You move up 3 spaces in the first round say from Pick number 4 to pick number 1 and in trade you move down 3 spaces in the last round from 169 to 172. I know its an exaggeration but just curious how anyone would think this is fair. Usually I am all about individual responsibility, but during the season we would have the ability to vote. Just curious if others think this one doesn't seem to be fair to poor Rabid Wolf.

I'm fine with it. I'm not really losing anything. It just gives me 2 picks closer together. If it were a bigger league, you are correct in thinking this would be awful.

I was trying to trade up for him too, but he tabled anyway. Thanks for the consideration though revenger .
