Do you think this is a card that has the potential to rise in value...the reason I think it may, is it sneaks around drawback rules of other creatures. The obvious setback of course is lack of evasion.

I popped a FOIL Japanese one in my box and its the only foil rare with real potential IMO (that I opened).

Yes, card is already being tested in both Modern and Legacy as a 4 of along side Eye of Ugin for a free 2/1 that sometimes attacks for a lot more.
