I'd be interested in your Watery Grave and Sacred Foundry as well if you'd be willing. Or if not both, the Kokusho. I also noticed you're interested in a Grove of the Burnwillows and I'm not sure if my FTV: Realms one would be good enough for you. If so, here is what I have so far:
