If they did go to court with that the Judge would laugh their asses to the poor house and give you a million bucks for having wasted your time and his. What a bunch of bull. Miralce gro is a no-no to say now. Miracle gro is bad now to say. Miracle gro can't be said, miralce gro can't be typed, miracle gro, the name itself Miralce Gro, of Miracle Gro same one that they used, Miralce Gro is bad name, not that Miracle is a bad name to me, but Miracle is a good name and Miracle Gro is good name and is a good deck called Miracle Gro.Hmmm I used Miracle Gro enough, think they would be upset, of my usage and constant typing of Miracle Gro?  ~Revenger p.s. Call the public defenders office of your local town. this is against your rights to ask for a ceast and desist order for something you are not personally getting any money for, and for something that you are not using as a name. they are in for some big trouble. you could sue them for harassment. I would. __________________

All you big companies wanting to ruin Miracle Grow as a deck... sheesh.. thats like WoTC saying you cant call a deck psychatog because its theres and you are infringing on their stuff! I mean seriously... what is the point? as said before you cant go into a card shop and ask for it. well you might be able to buy all the cards there individually but it wont be marked "Miracle Grow!!!!" lol They need to play magic lol

But as an extra-legal remedy, they’ve love to have an apologetic letter from you agreeing to ban anything from the MOTL website that looks like their name, so they can file it away for possible use in someone else’s case some day. Of course, they always have available the remedy of rolling up a copy of their letter and inserting it where the sun don’t shine, but you’ve probably advised them of their legal rights in that area. I was always surprised that this never happened to decks like Trix. Its just people doing their job, I am sure if anyone had the authority to they would. Just make a new name. __________________

Lesh, if these idiots actualy try to file real legal action against you, give me a PM. My dad is on of the top 5 contract litigators in the nation and he laughed when I showed him the cause of action. He said he would donate his time for free just so he could see the judges face when he learned why they were suing. His office is in Pleasanton, so it wouldnt be to far for you....This is why our dang country is going to hell, cuz theres millions of lawyers, paralegals and secretarys getting payed to work on bogus stuff like this....

Not that this is at all this sites fault at all, but if I was working for the Miracle Grow company I could see where they are coming from. IE. Someone types in 'Miracle Grow' into a search engine. They want to read all about the great product and learn all about it. However even under that spelling you only have to go down 6-7 spots before you run across an article about the deck instead. And more than likely, those articles are heading up faster than the darn product pages.
