This story happened in 2010. Someone bought a collection with 3 Revised booster packs. He figured there are tonnes of Junks in Revised and sold the 3 booster packs off at $25 to a Chinese who did not know that Revised packs are only $15 each and that they are "searchable".

The Chinese opened the 3 packs and got 3 Revised duals. Yes, each pack has dual as the rare!!! Apparently, the owner of that collection had "searched" a Revised booster box, kept the 3 dual packs for himself and sold off the other 33 packs.

When the owner sold his collection, he did not tell the seller that those 3 packs has 3 duals in them........
