I'm not defending the practice in the least. I just recall some stores being pretty adamant about not selling to people who are likely other dealers. It's not something I condone or support, I was just pointing it out. __________________ Wisconsin - smells like dairy air!

With the prices listed by most online stores, I am surprised that they will rip off their buyers, which is possibly the most damaging thing you can do to yourself in the long run (to me, ripping off sellers is another matter, particularly if it is a big deal). And I love online stores ripping off sellers. Hopefully, they will drive more people to sell on MOTL =)I do not have an online store. But I refund almost all customers who complaint. There was 1 liar who lied that he did not receive the cards. Even then, to protect my business and reputation, I refunded him $50 even though post office investigation showed that the registered package was delivered. Of course, I rejected all his all future purchases using various reasons. These online stores must be minting money to be able to abuse their buyers! I know it is common to be out of stock for some hard-to-find card. But a $8 paypal refund can be done easily!

I traded in a bunch of cards at WLG and tried to get some chalices. They called me and said that their prices on the website were out dated and they could not give me the value that the website had shown. Also at that time Chalice went up about $3-$4 and they said they could not take a bunch of small cards for a staple like chalice. I talked with them and complained and they said they could give me the original value of my cards that the website said if I did not get any staples. As a result I got a bunch of other cards, the best being Spell Snare ($3.5) I would have rather gotten the chalices, but I was okay with the cards I got. I'd give them a neutral review, but would not deal with them again.

OK, so there's 2 problems here. !) Outdated buy list 2) Restriction of Store Credit That seems like a shady vendor to me.

If you all are having so much trouble with these online stores, I suggest you contact Crystal Commerce as they own the site that these stores are using.CC owns TCGPlayer.com and AllMagicCards.com. I believe the guys that own CC owns MagicArsenal.com but am unsure about it. LMK, BL
