So, my store is going to be getting 18 From the Vault: Relics box sets as per our allotment from WOTC. Instead of preordering them to where one person tries to buy them all out, I decided to throw a massive tournament and give them away as prizes.
We will be opening our doors at 10am on Saturday, August 28th. Tournaments will begin as soon as 8 people sign up for a single format. This includes:Type 1
Legacy
Extended
Standard
EDH The cost will be $12 per tournament. You can play in multiple tournaments if you wish. Im not limiting the amount of times you can play. However I would get there early as I expect there to be a good turnout.
Date: August 28th, 10am
Format: EDH, Vintage(T1), Standard, Extended, Legacy
Cost: $12
Round Structure: Single Elimination
Prize: 1st FTV: Relics, 2nd 6 packs

Should tell them to bump it to $12 and give some packs or something to second, I hate all or nothing tourny

I commend your store for using these limited quantity items as prizes, now if only I lived in the States...

I live too far away to attend, but just to be clear:The 8 man flights are single elimination, right? __________________
