If you normally buy a case at around $500 and hope for x4 of a money mythic (which you expect will cost between $150-200 for a playset), then paying 159*4 = $636 for x4 of each card means the following:-- you don't spend 5+ hours sorting a case
.... --also means you can't 'draft for fun' and keep the cards
-- you don't get held hostage by card availability in terms of decks
-- you don't need to trade
-- you don't deal with foil/non-foil (if you hate foils)
.... --also means you won't have any new set foils if you like them
-- you have all x4 of all 10 mythics (40 mythics), whereas a case will yield between 30-55 mythics, and rarely hits x4 of 'money' mythic (at least in my experience).
So basically you are paying an extra $150ish to save the time sorting a case, and the time to trade and organize. If you have a job which pays more than $150 for about 7 hours work AND you can get as many hours as you want, then you should get the sets from Starcity and not worry about the case.
Edit: If you are planning on playing a lot of limited ANYWAY and still enjoy trading, then getting three sets for $477 costs the about same as the case while letting you 'fill in' the last copy by gradual collection. This might be a good plan.
