They are cards that can help you enhance a deck. They are not a deck themselves and they do not contain Planeswalkers.

Its an assortment of commons and uncommons. like 15/5. from standard legal sets about 2-3 years ago.

no, people just want free cards. These are intended for new players, not people already playing. They have actually been updated with M11 as well, so there are new and old versions of them.
