I play Mill as one of my main decks and whenever I bring it out everyone sideboards in eldrazi, My question is: Can i cast honor the fallen in response to the eldrazi hitting the graveyard and remove it?

To answer this question:Yes. It goes to the graveyard; and its trigger goes on the stack. You can respond with instants (and instant speed abilities.) The rest of the graveyard will shuffle in; but whatever you remove with Honor the Fallen will be exiled per normal. __________________ Bargain is not to powerful for EDH, EDH is to weak for Bargain!

Joz has it on the spot. All creature cards are exiled; the rest go back into their library, waiting to be milled again.
