I have searched every card site I can find and everyone is sold out. I have seen not 1 Full Art Mutavault for sale. Where did they all go?

Didn't seem like there were many to begin with. I think someone put up about a dozen of them on Ebay recently. Frankly I've seen only one or two in past couple of years and both of them are tucked in cubes.

How many are there? I heard once the number "255" but that seems too low (compared to the 5'000 Book Jaces)
