Why did they give the best art out of all the Commander cards to Basandra? Now it will just sit in my binder.

Cloudstone Curio is broken in the Elf Combo deck from Extended a while back...

I'm confused though as to why we have a Part III when the second hasn't hit 300 and been closed yet.
