I'd like to buy one to pick up the Inferno titan promo. I'm really confused as to where to by the game and how to get the promo and decks. Could someone please explain it to me?

Buy it on the PSN for PS3, print off the coupon you get from it, and then take it to the LGS that is giving them out for your area
