I've been collecting misprints for a while, but there are some that I've just never run across, ever. I'm not sure if they all even exist. The existence of one miscut rare in theory would imply an entire miscut rare sheet, but who knows how many escaped? Have you seen or heard of (or do you own) any of these? This is not a solicitation to buy; I'm just curious if anyone has ever seen these anywhere.crimped Beta Sol Ring

Miscut Italian Legends 50/50 top/bottom (I have one and have heard of one more)
Miscut Mercadian Masques 50/50 top/bottom (I've heard of these and may have seen one)
Heavily miscut Masques Brainstorm (70/30 vertically at a slight angle) (I have a few miscut commons from MM like this, so theoretically there should be a Brainstorm)
Upside-down back foil Masques Brainstorm (SCG had one and sold it a few years ago, but there should be others out there possibly)
Miscut top/bottom 70-30 Italian Alliances Gorilla Shaman (I have 4 other commons like this)
Miscut Gaea's Cradle/Tolarian Academy/Yawgmoth's Will where you could see two cards
Miscut side-by-side 40/60 Revised rares (I have seen Rocket Launcher/Volcanic Eruption, Wheel of Fortune/Armageddon, and Wheel of Fortune/something green)
miscut Japanese Onslaught foil rares (missing left border--I have seen Wooded Foothills, Arcanis, Aven Brigadier, Visara, Oversold Cemetery, others)
miscut rotated foil rares from Morningtide (seen/heard of Bitterblossom, Countryside Crusher, Cream of the Crop, Mind Spring, Reveillark, a few others) Very light-printed with silver set symbol Visions Vampiric Tutor (I've seen a few other Visions rares like this) crimped Broodstar (foil or nonfoil)
miscut Broodstar (foil or nonfoil) misprinted in any way Morphling
misprinted in any way Jace, the Mind Sculptor
misprinted in any way Tarmogoyf
misprinted in any way Grim Tutor
misprinted in any way Imperial Seal
blurry/double-printed Lorwyn cards, possibly pro-tour-stamped (I have Jace and Chandra, but I'm sure there are more out there)

miscut AQ rares where you can see 2 cards (not counting ende73's Mishra's Workshop, I've seen 2 Strip Mines) crimped cards that are crimped both top and bottom (seen 4) __________________

I have seen a square corner Morphling in person. Also seen crimped Italian Chain Lightning. Never seen any Beta crimps IRL (do you have any?)How does a card become crimped on both the top AND bottom? never seen anything like that.

I saw a crimped beta island and abyss years ago when I went to school in Arizona.

I'm curious if you have encountered 'fake crimps', I ask, because at work their are various heat sealing machines and presses used by the government to store various types of parts in different sizes of bags, anti-static packaging, etc. It seems to me that, if inclined to, a machinist could replicate the tool used to form the crimp pattern and crimp virtually whatever they wanted given some time and practise. Have you ever seen any blatantly bad attempts to fake a crimp? Or even good ones? How would you go about discerning them? This is what I thought about immediatly when hearing about 'double crimps'.

Not really. There's no financial incentive to do it. The double crimps I have I picked up in a large lot at $3 each. __________________

I've got a Chinese(?) Opal Champion that's crimped down the middle. I've always wondered if it was faked or real. It seems odd that it could have been crimped like that.

Wait, vertically? That doesn't make sense to me either. I've heard of a card sticking out of the top of the booster so i guess horizontally is somewhat possible.

A long time ago I saw an AQ Hurkyl's Recall that was miscut with another card showing on top.I would really like to know what happened to any misprinted Weakness, as I know about 2, 1 the guy won't part with and the other the guy wanted 500 for the matching pair.

I have an upside-down back foil Masques Brainstorm locked up in my vault along with a few Invasion cards with similar upside-down backs which hasn't seen the light of day for the past 2+ years. I can't find it in my scans now also, must have forgotten to scan them when I got them. Any idea who bought the brainstorm from SCG? There should be a couple more around. And I know who has a crimped beta Sol Ring. He's a very private collector though and 100% sure that he would not sell.

I have seen 3 foil upside-down back cards that were the same, so I think that there has to be at least 3 print runs of this.

Like airwalk, I've also seen a crimped Italian Chain Lightning. Local shop had one for a little while 4 or 5 years ago.

Yeah, but I decided to greedily hoard it. If it helps, it was in a card shop in Japan. So maybe that run ended up in asia?

I remember seeing a square cornered Morphling some years ago at an event in a binder. I wasn't interested.As for 'extra light' visions rares... no. I do however, own about 10 'extra dark' visions rares when it looks like they were dyed twice. I also have some Mercadian Masques cards like that. I've never been into collecting error cards, with one notable exception. I have a Serra Angel that has a weird dot on one of the mana symbols, so it looks like the casting cost is one old style white mana and one new style white mana. Never going to trade it, heh.

I have 3 Masques cards miscutted in eachother, 6 Scourge cards that have two round corners (left) and two squared corners (righ), 1 miscutted 4th ed Serra Angel and also 3 Sakura-Tribe Elder (from the same booster box) who have pink ink splashes (they were the only cards like that in the box).
