Does anyone know what promo the original art Serra Angel foil card is from?

I have heard conflicting reports that it was included when buying some Magic digital encyclopedia, as well as a buy-a-box promo for Mercadian Masques.

Back then wotc had just introduced an online store for selling products. If you bought a box at full blown retail you got the promo.

There's plenty out there but they're mostly in collector's hands. I had 150 at one point so I'd say there are quite a few out there.

Its amazing the number of angel collectors out there. Any half-decent angel collectors will want 1 copy of this "foil Beta Serra". Even some collectors who do not specifically collect angels will also want 1 copy of this card. At least, this is what I experienced

I know for sure I want it, and have never been able to find one for trade :/
