So i have/had a trade with a member(name supressed to protect the possibly innocent) and we came to an agreement for some cards. Price was established and he sent his paypal address to confirm yesterday. I responded yesterday telling him i was waiting on a payment to clear my bank and I would pay today. Well I get a PM today saying he sold most of the cards and wouldnt be selling it to me. So my question is since he sent me his paypal address, does that constitute a confirmed trade? we both agreed on price and he sent his address(paypal) which is listed as confirmation in the rules. I hadnt sent my address to him yet but since it was paypal and my address is listed in the payment.

Can i get a clarification? Just curious for my own personal use.

Given the facts that you've noted, it was a confirmed trade. I'm assuming that you were to pay first, so once the deal was worked out and you had the papal address to send to, it was binding.
