Where can I get some? I need some foils of the ones that don't break the game in half in casual, like Blast from the Past and City of Ass.

Ebay or Dealer's Websites, but they're not going to be cheap. Unhinged foil rares were one every other box, the boxes either had a foil rare or foil Super Secret Tech. Unhinged's print run was much smaller than regular sets. This makes them difficult to find.

And not a lot were opened. Your also looking for two of the more popular ones. Blast from the past is played in some cubes. Get lucky on eBay or just hit the big dealers. Good luck.

How many of each foil rare would there be?

This is not true. I've opened hundreds of cases, you can get more than 1 foil rare in a box or a combo of a foil rare and SST.

You opened several hundred -cases- of unhinged? Like, you opened over a thousand boxes of it?

Unhinged boxes were $20 once. I don't doubt it at all.

and when people realize the lands sold for 1$ and the foil lands for 5-10$ the boxes started to get cracked. but who knows where all the foil rares went.

$20 in the USA. They were $20 + $50 shipping in Canada.

Yes. I still have invoices somewhere of 400 or so boxes at $36 each. Almost had a pallet of them when UPS dropped them off a couple times.
