I have some friends who share cards and I am trying to get them into legacy. First I need to figure out which two decks would be the easiest to build with what they have. For the expensive cards they have:

1x of Each Dual
4x Snapcaster Mage
3x Stoneforge Mystic
3x Force of Will
1x of each standard sword
a few Zen fetches (not 100% sure on which ones)

I was thinking B/W stoneblade and Tempo Thresh. Any ideas?

dredge is the most powerful deck price/card wise.

Tempo thresh still requires Goyfs, which have a pretty hefty pricetag atm. Assuming you meant Blue/White (U/W) stoneblade and not black/white. The U/W deck likes to have access to Jace, but this is arguably less important than goyfs in thresh. Thresh only has 8 threats normally, losing the goyfs makes it fairly unplayable.

Sorry I thought I wrote jace up there, he has 2 I think. So tempo thresh is out. Probably looking at W/U/R stoneblade with Snapcaster and Delver. He has one tundra and plateau and volcanic island are as expensive as running 4 tundra.

you could always run the u/r with snapcaster, grim lavamancer and delver.

Its a pretty cheap deck since he already has snappy snap and FoW
