It looks like drafting is very cheap in the USA, whether at an absolute price level or relative to income level. In Singapore, drafting costs ~$14 but our income level is 80% that of USA, so its not too bad. In China, the average person's income is about 25% that of the USA. The cost of drafting is ~$14.......Amazingly, I do meet people earning $472 monthly who draft at least once a week. If WOTC is serious about developing MTG in developing countries, they should control the prices there. Lowering prices by 10-20% to be closer that of USA will help a lot.

AFAIK, booster packs all cost the same, relative to the USD, it's just that there's less income in developing countries and while $15 may not be a lot for an average American, the equivalent to $15 in Thailand or any other developing country may be a large portion of a week's pay. Packs are all ready very cheap, and they used to be cheaper. I feel as if the price were any lower WOTC would only be breaking even.
