I have been wanting to play with Natural Order for a while. I am just trying to figure out what decks Natural Ordere is good against, so I can see if its worth even trying out in my current meta.

Anything "fair" that doesn't play blue. Elves, Maverick, Goblins, aggro loam, etc. it's still good against fair decks with blue like delver, merfolk, stoneblade variants, etc, but they have force of will and daze usually, so it isnt always a sure thing.

Natural Order isn't wonderful against tribal strategies, in my opinion. Elves is way too fast to even care about a Progenitus when they're flooding the board and comboing off. Goblins have the same effect, except you're fighting Gempalm Incinerator, Wasteland, and Perish out of the board usually. The main reasons why it's unplayable are (1) the rise of cheap removal (Bolts, Chains, Submerge, etc) which kill your NO enablers (Hierarch, Birds, Arbor), coupled with (2) faster clocks like Delver, with the final nail in the coffin being (3) more Spell Pierce, a card which was edged out by Mental Misstep. tl;dr ==> Don't play Natural Order.

I disagree, but only partially. Natural order is only bad against tribal if it's played after turn 4. If you can get Natural Order off turn 2-3, then most tribal decks won't be able to handle it that early.

I find NO decks to be a good matchup for Goblins, bad players lose their Progenitus as soon as it comes out to Warren Weirding, good ones might get a hit in while I look for a Gempalm to remove their Dryad Arbor. When NO got really popular locally I was a very happy camper, with 3-4 Warren's between the main and side and 2 Perish it was free wins.Basically, Natural Order is good against a metagame that doesn't exist anymore. I still see some RUG/BANT decks that use it but it's a poor choice in the new Mental Misstep-less legacy.
