I'm flying into Minneapolis and staying close to Blaine for work. Is there any place to play during the week? Any other sites to see that I should check out while I'm there?

Blaine as a northern suburb is quite far from the big game shops but has them.

Village Games is close to Blaine
Outpost 2000 & Beyond is also close to Blaine

If you want to play? Either choice will work.

The big place to visit is Legion Games, but it's almost an hour south in the suburb of Burnsville. The Source is awesome and has a great amount of singles and bulk in Roseville. Come to think of it, visiting the Fantasy Flight Games event center is also relatively close, also in Roseville, MN.

PM me if you want more info.

Monster Den and Dreamers are both on the south side of the city, but still within reasonable driving distance.
Monster Den in particular might be good to check out, as they run events every weeknight.

(be sure to select Monster Den from the pulldown; Dreamers is the default)

Dreamers used to be THE place to play vintage in Minnesota. I miss those events.

I live like a block from Monster's Den.
It has tons of people there all the time.

Dreamers has had a ton of turnover for their upper level play and eternal formats.

All times are PDT (US)
