I figured this would be a good idea to gauge what traders would most like to see from the existing premium products WotC puts out (FtV, duel decks, pre-cons, etc.).

Personally, I would love to see a FtV: One-Drops. Thoughtsieze, Swords, preordain, relic of progenitus, chain lightning, Delver, nimble mongoose, scroll rack, surgical extraction, darkblast, noble hierarch, tragic slip, and 3 others to be determined. Obviously some cards would have to come off the reserve list, but this is fantasyland anyways.

What would you guys make?

Cool idea, but I'd think birds of paradise would be in that w/ some new art... and then they could do 2 drops after (Tarmogoyf!)

Might be interesting if they did some more "tribal" themes... Vampires, Zombies, Goblins, Elves, Merfolk, etc.

Maybe a from the vault beta, that follows the reprint strategy...Beta Foiling process of cards not prevented from reprinting. The point is a fun set that has cards that would be casual to play...

Red: Shivan Dragon, Dwarven Demolition Team, Lightning Bolt
Blue: Mahamoti Djinn, Braingeyser, Copy Artifact
Green: Force of Nature, Camouflage, Channel
Black: Demonic Horde, Animate Dead
White: Serra Angel, Blaze of Glory

Maybe toss in a couple of artifacts at random...

If the FtV: Realms product isn't a complete bomb, I think that's the main goal of the FtV series going forward. Even stuff like Caves of Koilos or Faerie Conclave see cube play. I do think it's rather fishy that some of the hottest cube/eternal staples haven't seen a reprint in over 5 years (goyf, shocklands, FoW, etc.), but the legacy boom is still a relatively new thing.

Premium Booster Packs like the Alara block with FTV as the cards.

Planeswalkers are immensely popular. Therefore, I think a FTV:Planeswalkers would be amazing! There would only be one of each character in the set (no Garruk Wildspeaker and Garruk, Primal Hunter in the same set). For the big money card, Jace the Mind Sculptor would be the big catch with alternate art. Rest can be assorted throughout Magic's history with some of them having alternate arts.

Ajani Goldmane

Koth of the Hammer

Without using duplicate people, 15 is the exact number at this point. With more planeswalker characters to be revealed with more expansions, this list can change.

I'd rather not have stores charging 200 dollars for a FTV.

ESG, Bounty of the Hunt, Quirion Ranger, etc.

Seems to me like something they might actually do.

Find better stores, mine sucks and still only charges MSRP on them, regardless of version, and/or pre-order one, tons of places give a small window to buy at MSRP before upping the price.

I would prefer to bring back World Championship decks. However, I would moreso prefer a better curated championship deck series than that, since they were almost always from top 8 of type 2 Worlds. Kind of lame.

Historical championship decks, and since I've always found Extended to be the best format, picking decks from the two best pro tours would be the two I'd start with.

Edit: Unless by premium you mean foil, in which case, nothing, thanks. Boo foils.

Yeah. These decks. Mihara's is pretty ridiculous. I took Brian Davis's Chicago deck to my first or second qualifier. Perhaps my all-time favorite tournament-level deck.

I dunno if I would make a premium product but if I had the chance, I would push for a Squirrel Creature Type comeback.
