What site is a good site to determine the value of foil cards.

Foil cards? I would check Ebay completed listings. The MOTL guide is good for a lot of things, but usually for foils, especially the more scarce ones, it's kinda not. The number of transactions just isn't high enough to make an accurate number.

If there's any completed auctions (not BINs as those tend to be a decent chunk higher than par value), that'd be the place to go.
