So, I watched the unboxing a couple mins ago. There's some interesting cards in there..

Still a pretty good set, most of those cards are pretty expensive as foils, even if there non-foil versions are cheap.

Where on earth have you seen $250 Even now, ebay is selling pre-orders at under the SCG singles value (141) from multiple vendors.

The set looks good, and it makes perfect sense to have some less desirable cards in there along with some very desirable ones. Since this is a limited product, WoTC doesn't need to put all the good cards in 1 basket (or in this case, a box) to make sure it sells. They just need to have enough good cards in there to reach max sale volume for this particular product. Karakas, Wasteland, & Volrath's Stronghold could all be used to boost future FTV/sealed products.

$35 is what they put on it, but they have said that FTVs are a gift to the store owners. The charge them very little and they get to sell it for a nice profit and put some money in their pockets. Compare to the commander set that they priced closer to market at $75.

SCG current buy prices on the singles is 72$
