Hi,I quit playing Magic IRL about 12 years ago and just recently picked it back up. I was sorting through some of my toploaders and random sleeves I had packed away in a bag and came across a box of Dragon Shields and these: http://i1343.photobucket.com/albums/o792/Shivanfeenix/005_zps5ea963a8.jpg The sleeves in the link are about 1/4" longer than the card, and were awesome because the foils I used to play never got the tops nicked or had any dirt and stuff get into them. Question is, who makes these, can I still get them, and where can I get them at? Thanks! ~FF

Those have been out of production for years. They're very hard to find these days. They're pretty much regarded as the best sleeves you can get. I've been trying to track some down myself.

That's very disheartening. They were the best sleeves IMO. I got a box of Dragon Shields from a local store, and about 2/3 of the box were different lengths with most of those being almost too short.

If I remember correctly, MOTL member coolio had a pretty large backstock of these. However, I believe his asking price was pretty high.I love those sleeves though. I have several sets that I still use to this day. __________________ Wisconsin - smells like dairy air!I collect Granite Gargoyles. Send them my way.

yeah I wish I bought more of them when I had the chance. I have 3 decks now and 2 of them have the sleeves I used to have still on them. Found random sleeves in the bag that used to be maybe on decks...some steel blue ones, and the unopened ones in the link. What was Coolio's asking price on them if you can recall?

So true. Ultra pros are super flimsy and break on the seams easily, but at least they are the same length. Plus I go perfct fit inside of Ultra Pro now

I don't. You could always send him a PM to inquire. __________________ Wisconsin - smells like dairy air!I collect Granite Gargoyles. Send them my way.
