You can ask anyone I trade with its always the same

Cards in sleeve
Place cards in top loader upside down (no more than 2 per top loader)
Tape top of top loader shut
Tape multiple top loaders together
Wrap with 1 sheet or more of bubble wrap
Tape bubble wrap shut (usually packing tape)
Place in bubble envelope

Ship at lowest first class with tracking.
