If I order a card with .99c sipping added. Will I be getting tracking or is it assumed that I won't get tracking and it will be PWE. Also how easy is it to get established selling on tcgplayer

for 99 cents, the seller would be losing money shipping with tracking, it'd be nearly twice that to ship. Probably just a PWE
