how about a new, IN flavor reprint? A small flying creature really IS NOT something green should have, color pie wise. noble hierarch and DRT are very good examples of 1cc fixers for green. honestly, i think a regular 1/1 with T: make 1 of any color would be fine to print and continue to print. wotc would probably want to give it a drawback, maybe make an opp gain 1 life?

its not that bad, is it? in magic's early days green had fliers and most of them made sense. killer bees and scryb sprites were cool.

sure, and blue had direct damage (psi blast, prodigal sorcerer). but that doesnt make sense now. White, blue, sometimes black get cheap fliers. green gets the biggest 1-3cc ground pounders. it's time to make an updated mana dude, that they can keep printing.
