I just received something in the mail that I bought that "wasn't as described" to say the least. I sent an email asking for my money back. This has never happened to me before and he looks his feedback says he shows him to be a good seller. But see, the thing is, he sells a lot of Magic Cards and I believe he clearly LIED about what he was selling. What should my next steps be?Edit: Thanks everyone for your response. I'm sorry I sound so ****ed. I don't purchase much from ebay so it was a bit of a surprise to say the least.

If you just sent it to him give him a day or so to respond to it. No reason to be so upset about it.

Post the auction link and then tell us what you received before you solicit help like this. Is it buyer's remorse because you didn't read the auction or was it a scam?

Fixed link. Something like that, yeah, obviously if it's not that you return the cards and get your money back. If they refuse, you open up a paypal case. Give the seller a few days to rectify the situation though.

[/QUOTE]Wait a day for his response. Open case item not as described on paypal. It is impossible to get ripped off on ebay as a buyer. You'll just have to send the item back with signature confirmation.
