Nope. The basic land slot is taken by a non basic land for Dragon's Maze. The majority of the time, you get a gate. Shocks are really rare, and Maze's End is even more rare since it's a mythic.

even in Japanese boxes ... its the same .... pulled 3 shocks / 2 box .....

heard that its a mistake concerning some foreign languages in which Jap / Kor / and a few more but cant remember which other language ....

It is NOT a mistake. Each pack in Dragons Maze contains a land. Most of the time, it is a guildgate. Rarely, it is a shockland. THIS IS NORMAL.

No, it's in the land slot. Not sure if it can also be pulled from the rare slot, but I hope not. What a completely horrible card to open for any limited format.
