Never. I believe they will stay where they are for now but never drop below $100 because they are a necessity in any Legacy deck. There will ALWAYS be a demand for these

EDH and cube alone will keep the duals up, albeit no longer gaining huge amounts of value year to year.

Legacy prices usually cool off in the summer. Lots of people taking vacations, college kids on break, people bought staples in the spring when they got their tax returns, etc. I'd be much more inclined to believe legacy were declining, if this was happening at any other point.
