a) I made no claims the cards aren't fake, as I'm not qualified - I only stated that people more knowledgeable than you and I say they look legit.

there's variation from sheet to sheet, print run to print run.. you know that right? you speak as one w/o a clue what they're doing.. I'm one of the most cynical people on the site, and also acknowledged as one of the more knowledgeable with regards to authenticity.. and I see no glaring issue with these auctions.. once again-

As someone once said, they wouldn't counterfeit $100 bills, or a black lotus. It would be the smaller bills, the less suspecting cards.

first off, the guy hasnt listed "fifty" copies of "near mint" magic cards (get your eyes check, his cards arent all near mint)
secondly, I understand ebay is feedback driven, but you're acting ridiculous

so, it'd seem like he collected/was in the game early 94.. and may have acquired the LED more recently.. perhaps he managed to upgrade his revised bayous and undergrounds but not the others.. there's a whole host of reasons.. you're being overly paranoid for no real reason.. much like your reference post.. you need to calm down and not jump the gun on everything.. it's getting a bit tedious to point out all your flawed logic/lines of thinking

hey its cool. fakes dont really exist. we all go to heaven when we die. your small intestine isnt home to 500 million species of bacteria. you dont swallow 5-8 bacteria every time you inhale. worms cant live and reproduce for 20 years inside your small intestine, and they certainly do not burrow through the soles of your feet, make their way to your lungs, then esophagus, then get swallowed to complete their life cycle.

how about, instead, you ask for credentials. or do a google search. or something. anything besides how long he/she has been posting on a forum.

i'm not saying fakes dont exist, they absolutely do, as jbark mentioned, he sent me one, and it's currently buried under a mess on my desk, but i got it (reminds me jbark, I need to put something in the mail for ya)

the issue here is, you're crying wolf in a scenario where it's doubtful that the items in question are indeed fake.. I draw upon what.. nearly 20 yrs experience of handling these cards, as well as owning more than you'll ever acquire.. but feel free to disagree, I have my solid reputation to lean on, you've only made yourself look like the fool thus far on the site.. you're welcome to continue, it amuses some of us

Reading through this thread, I had the feeling you are a know-it-all college freshman, but this ridiculous post makes it certain.
The cards are real, you are wrong. And your thread about getting a 4 rating should have been based in gratitude not whining since the guy was obviously generous given your horrible grading skills.
Every few months some newbie know it all comes along and embarrasses himself.
