Give them time. They seem to be setting up the story line to give Nahiri a little time in the spotlight as the white planeswalker.I'm thinking about reviving a BUG control deck with Tasigur at the helm. I have not played against him yet, so I'm wondering if he's a "kill on sight" type general or not. __________________ Wisconsin - smells like dairy air!I collect Granite Gargoyles. Send them my way.

Regarding tucking:http://mtgcommander.net/rules.php rule 11 now states that: "11.If a Commander would be put into a library, hand, graveyard or exile from anywhere, its owner may choose to move it to the command zone instead." Even with tuck effects it's very difficult to deal with OP commanders due to the number of tutors available. ... But on the other hand this is a format where mana crypt and sol ring are legal and the ban list would have to be longer than Santa's naughty list to make the format balanced anyway. So maybe it doesn't matter that a degenerate format became a bit more degenerate. As someone who is invested in Commander (in part because the staples are a good investment and having only 1 of each protects you from serial reprints) I feel this hurts the format.

I don't mind the rule change. The format has a small ban list because it's left up to your play group to dictate what is fair and what is unfair. We have unwritten rules in my playgroup that does a good job of policing a "personal" ban list.

For those that play with a regular group, I can see this pretty much being the standard. The people I play with most frequently are the same way and most people build their decks with those unspoken rules in mind. __________________ Wisconsin - smells like dairy air!I collect Granite Gargoyles.
