U.S. Nationals:

One tourney,one winner,Jon Finkel.Finkel who was playing the Flores Black Control Deck won the U.S. Nationals after two days os swiss style competition in where else Disney Land,Florida

Finkel won the match ,three wins straight against Chris Benafel who was playing a Ponza deck.Ponza is a deck constructed to destroy opponents lands while killin' off anything threatening played by the opponent.The predictions for this match were in benafel's favor,but despite these predictions Finkel race on to win the match in under a half an hour.

The Dirt On Prophesy:

Prophesy,the final expansion of the mercadian masques block.Prophesy definately tops
masques which i m ust says was not a very good way to start off the masques block.any-who.

Prophesy shows good signs of good things to come from wizards of the coast,with new mechanics like alternate casting costs,creatures(avatars)and bigger spellshapers,along with cool sorcerys called winds and lets not forget the Rystic stuff.Along with all the cool new cards mand mechanics the developers came up with cool names for these cards as well.With all this great stuff in an expansion it is just too bad that prophesy had to be the last expansion of the mercadian masques block, for it will have the most short lived T2 life,before it rotates out...Oh Well(But Squirrel Wrangler is cool and now Deranged Hermit will have a buddy)
