What do you mean that's not right? That's a quote Anyways, yeah people got to check refs but there is the occasional people that trade so much that they lose track of who owes what. But that should be only a teporary delay since the person on the other end would be contacting them. Also, what about overseas mail that doesn't go where it should.. Hmm, I wonder. Another thing, mail that goes to the "dead end" pile, stuff that can't be delivered or no return address, what are the possiblities that there's a bunch of Magic cards in them, huh? I mean, there could be thousands of dollars of Magic cards sitting, collecting dust somewhere, that should have gone to someone! Oly, I don't want to think about what they do with all that mail then __________________ AIM - Macsika Y! - purple_lilaque ICQ - 117318339 MOTL References Captain Valmtg - G.A.B.(Moonstone Team) Do you know Birds of Paradise live in New Guinea?

It's a peice of cardboard that I payed money for. If someone walked up to you and took money out of your pocket, are you going to say "oh well, it was just some peices of paper"?! Rippers must be punished!

I personally find this is nothing more than some moron who thinks he knows everthing about anything trying to scare people. It's really funny how people react to group stupidity.__________________ I think, therefore, I am.

think of it this way, God WILL punish the rippers. they'll prob. get involved in a serious car accident, or something along that line. they WILL pay one day, and get Incinerated (1R)(Instant)(Deals 3 dmg to target. Target cannot regen)(and since most cards with humans have a tougness of 1 only) in hell. __________________ Trade to trade, not to keep. -Suq' Ata motto

pray for the dead and the dead will pray for your cards? that doesn't sound right, just like this article, a funeral. I haven't been ripped off and plan to file mail frau charges if it happens...and u said nothing works...

Well that Chun Ting Che gave me a run for my cards... I was among those who helped bring him down. It seemed he was running quite a little operation. I eventually got my cards back. Can't say that much else about him.I skip the denial stage and go straight to anger!!!

I find that if you are careful, you have no chance of being ripped. I have had over 130 succesful motl trades and not a problem yet. I can't be ripped when everyone sends first to me. If they refuse to send first I will go elsewhere. No big deal.

I do believe that there are 5 mental stages following a ripoff !For me it has now been about 3 months since I was ripped off in two deals involving 8 dual lands in the first trade and about 100 dollars worth of NM Beta cards in the other. By now I have been through 5 mental states, but none of them have been any of the ones described in the original post. 1. Realizing I was never going to get that Juzam Djinn and the Foil Birdie. Mental state: RAGE 2. Trying to think of a way I could get to Malta to strangle that little piece of .... Mental state: INSANITY 3. Searching the internet for hitmen to deliver my message of hatred to the bastards. Mental state: PENSIVE AGGRESSIVE 4. Realizing that I was not financially capable of ordering a murder. Mental state: DESPAIR (for not having the money to pay for the murder) 5. I now find myself researching variuos options for making mail-bombs and mailing them without getting caught. Mental state: INDIFFERENCE (to the consequences of my actions) Well I guess that all I wanted to say with this little post, is that I really wanted to kill the ..... that ripped me off. Now, the real end to my initial RAGE is that I have finally come to terms with the situation, but I´m still ****ed.
