edit: its not like this thread is actually going to pressure mods into banning people. and of the people named, can you say they didnt have it coming? If this turns into a flamefest, then yea sure lock it. But right now, its a bit of obvious fun. If you dont like it, thats fine. I dont like the politics thread, but i solve that by not having anything to do with it.

I can't speak for Josh, but I would imagine, seeing as he is a generally calm and genial fellow, he doesn't like the atmosphere this thread helps create (whether it is done as "a bit of fun" is entirely irrelevant). One where MOTL turns into an egotistical cabal where membership is determined by popularity rather than adherence to the rules. Actual or no, this perception (obviously existent in some form due to the reactions immediately following joz's ban [Mr. C and Volcanon's in particular]) is divisive and does not make MOTL a more friendly or caring community.

That's how I understand it to be, at least.
