Im sure some of you guys are into fragrances and stuff too, so I thought I would give this a shot. I'm looking for a bottle of Thierry Mugler Pure Malt (sealed/opened) and I don't want to go to eBay. Anybody have this stuff that they might want to part with? Thanks, ~Brad

My experience with magic players is that they aren't overly concerned with their scent.

lol yeah, you're probably right. I was hoping that somebody may have seen it in a store for a decent price, or have one at home that they didn't end up liking.

Is it still for sale? I'll check the shops in Halifax next time I'm near the malls, I know Saphora has a pretty huge section for cologne. How much is too much?

Awesome. Appreciate it. It's been discontinued, but some stores still might have some. Online, people are gouging. I'm looking at $120 (unsealed/barely used) - $150 sealed. I had one on the line from a guy in Toronto @ $130, but he sold it locally. Not sure if a retail store would have jacked up the price or not, but if anybody picks it up for cheap ($76 ish retail) I'm still willing to pay around $150 for it. I'm not wanting to deceive anybody in this, as you can easily sell on eBay for around $150. I want this for my own personal use, but it's very hard to find. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This happened to me a while ago, but it turned out Chanel still ended up making or, or starting remaking it like 5 or 6 years later. I'll take a look around locally, but either way, best of luck, since I know the boat you're in -Matt

I can look around also, but I'd only buy it from places I trusted, too many stale ones out there.

My favorite cologne of all time had the same thing happen to it, Burberry Weekender. Now I have a pretty standard selection of VS Too Sexy for Him, and Versace. I also have "Sexy Panther" but I have no idea who makes it. Yes....actual "Sex Panther", and it even says from the movie Anchorman. It's not the best...but it's not bad either. Good combo is Old Spice Matterhorn solid, one quick spray of Ax Vice(literally a split second shot on the chest) and then finish it up with the Versace. Spray on the wrists and dab onto the neck after showering.

The Dreamer is a stellar fragrance. One of my favourites for sure. The gf is in love with Acqua Di Gio, so I wear that a lot, but it's just too much of a "safe" cologne if you know what I mean. It's the worlds top seller, so a lot of people wear it. I like to be unique 😉

Out of curiosity, how do you store your colognes?Do you keep them in a fridge or do you have another trick to keep them from going stale?

Nothing special at all actually. I just keep them away from sunlight/windows. Some people recommend keeping in a cool dry place, however, I personally think the best way is to always return the bottles to the boxes and keep them in a room with a constant temperature.

Brad, I have some pricey Cologne I received as a gifts and frankly speaking don't use the stuff. You can email me, if interested and I will grab it from my room and give you a list of name and ounces. Hell, I would probably even trade it for magic cards.
