they now make you pay the fees? anyway to get around this at all or anything?

when you put it who it goes to and the amount it asks who its going to. option 1: to pay for a product or service: seller pays the fee: no fees for you option 2: to a friend or family: you pay the fee then it breaks it down even further a larger fee for CC payments vs. payments made using your paypal balance

It only makes you pay a fee to friends and family if you're using your CC instead of your PP balance. Thanks,
