Topic: Anyone have trouble with Troll and Toad?

I placed an order, and was having problems with checkout process. So I selected call in Credit Card. Now every time I call they never pick up...called every hour for 3 straight. I've placed 3 or 4 other orders before and never had any of these issues before. Feeling frustrated...

Yea, I used to before I just quit buying from them. Sometimes their website has just crapped out on me. Waiting a few hours is usually all I needed before I could order. I did learn, however, that trying to call their physical store has always been an issue for me, which is why I stopped dealing with them. Once the product gets ordered, I've never had a problem with them shipping on time or the condition of the cards.2__________________ "Message to women worldwide: Girls....we're stupid. Are you calling their retail store or their actual warehouse. Big difference two different locations and the retail store has nothing to do with the website at all. I never have a problem when I call anytime between 10 am and 4 pm est time. Always ask for Tonya or Candace they are the only 2 in customer service worth a fart.

They just did a big server update this week and have been working out bugs ever since. When i called them they fixed the issue within 2 hours. Id suggest hitting the #2 option(buying department) they always answer the phone and can transfer you where you need

I was hitting 1, because that was what the option suggested...then it would ring 5 times, and say leave a message.

The only problem I've ever had is ordering cards and then getting a note that some of the cards aren't available but they proceed with my order. That annoys me as if they didn't have all the cards they said they did I would have placed a different order. I wish they would cancel the order and suggest you re order based off updated knowledge of their stock.
