Does anybody still use this and how does it work? I was looking for other websites like deckbox.org for trading and found this, which legit might be older than I am. Let me know who's still on here.

Some of us still log on but about a year ago the admins let a bunch of the data get deleted so the preexisting have/want lists seem to have disappeared. But it's good to have your have/want list documented additional places and another place to have references so go for it. Maybe you'll get some trades.
