http://forums.magictraders.com/memberlist.cgi has options such as sort by location or search by location. The trick is that a given location can be listed many different ways (city and state, state only, city only, state abbreviation only, country, some made-up location or even no location at all.

Also, remember that face-to-face trades are NOT allowed to be used for reference purposes.
