It isn't case sensitive. There are a few things to be aware of, though. If a list has cards listed like this:
Gruul Nodorog 1x GPT
1x Gruul Nodorog
Gruul Nodorog - GPT
it will work fine. If it's one of the below, it won't:
1xGruul Nodorog
Gruul Nodorog-GPT
You need spaces both in front and behind the names for it to be picked up as a valid card name.
Also, the Trade Matcher doesn't work until both lists have been up overnight to allow the matcher to run, and if there aren't matches on both sides of the trade (so your haves have at least one of their wants and you wants have at least one of their haves) then it will report no matches at all.
